PROCESS
Our mould are made by cutting edge machines.
QUALITY CONTROL
Mould that have been processed are measured with a CMM in order to confirm that they are finished to the required quality.
POLISHING
All moulds that have been machined are sent to the finishing process.
Finish up to an appropriate surface roughness by using file of #150 to #400
FITTING AND ASSEMBLY
A skilled engineers carefully assembles each finished part one by one and confirms the alignment before trial.
